Roles & Job Responsibilities:

- We are looking for passionate sales professionals with demonstrated capability in team management and P&L delivery. If you are a self-starter, get a kick by chasing aggressive targets, fuel growth by coaching & grooming your team this is the job for you! You will:

- Lead a team of sales professionals and managers to achieve a given revenue target from one or more countries

- Be responsible for sales of a global portfolio at the Organization:

- Strategist and implement a robust sales pipeline

- Continuously monitor and train the team to improve performance and conversions

- Handle escalations and improve customer experience

- Develop and work on analytics-driven sales dashboard(s) which will help keep track of the current performance and also help understand the future sales pipeline

- Analyzing and sharing active feedback about the customer behavior, market demands and competition to the marketing team

- Give prompt reports on crucial issues and suggest solutions.

- Make propositions, give suggestions and designate sales target and job obligations to each team member.

- Plan and implement admission events and webinars
