Manager/Senior Manager - Information Technology

- Management of data center and servers, service monitoring, user support, workstation management, storage, backup and related software, disaster recovery and business continuity planning.

- Ensuring high availability, integrity, scalability and security of IT systems and infrastructure.

- Responsible for infrastructure requirements of all business applications

- Identifying opportunities for innovation, automation, cost savings, and service quality improvement

- Keep abreast with new technologies and IT trends and work closely with vendor partners to evaluate the same.

- Focus on audits, compliance, and governance processes.

- Cloud infrastructure management

- To develop, implement and monitor strategic and comprehensive information security program for CDSL Commodity Repository Limited (CCRL)

- Responsible for the management and enhancement of the multiple security tools and controls

- Ensure Business Continuity plans are in place, with regular testing.

- Assess the information security risks to the organization and ensure that the cyber risks are in line with the potential and identified risks.

- To implement the security policy and procedures

- To detect, report and respond to Information Security Incidents
