Manager/Senior Manager - Information Security Contracts Management

Position - Manager/Senior manager - (Information Security RFX /Contracts management)

Work with - Senior Leadership (Sales and Relationship Managers,Legal,Privacy, Technology SME, Security SME- s)

Experience - Must have 6 to 11 years of experience in information Security and have 3 years of relevant experience as per the Position Summary and have worked with a reputed consulting organization or KPO.

Position Summary

Under the guidance of the CISO organization, working on reviewing the client and Third-party contracts in co-ordination with Business,Legal, Privacy and Other Security SME's. Should be capable of creating agreeable terms for documents such as MSA, RFP etc., respond to client security questions, Front-end Client on Contract negotiations. Understand the IT architecture proposed for deals, Review and identify risk in the proposed IT solutions.

Job Requirements

- Must understand the contract language

- Must Understand the Security tools and technology with a wider depth

- Must have experience in National/International Customer front-ending

- Ability to make an impact, influence and achieve results with effective negotiation, problem-solving and communication skills

- Ability to respond to immediate and urgent requests while sometimes juggling conflicting priorities

- Understanding of industry and regulatory governing bodies standards such as PCI-DSS, SOX, ISO 27001:2013 etc.

- Strong facilitation skills

- Good judgment- ability to determine which issues to escalate vs. to resolve independently, and provide suggestions for possible resolution

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Good time management and multitasking skills

Education

- Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science (B. Tech., B.E, MCA, M.Sc. IT etc.).

Additional Accreditation

- CISSP, CRISC or CISA would be an considered an asset
