Role :
- Managing Licensing & Registration related to Contract Labour Act, Factory acts, Shop & Commercial Establishment Act, LWF, ESI and PF etc.
- Responsible for the statutory compliance under applicable under shop & establishment and Factory Act
- Registration and renewal of trade license under respective state Municipal Corporation Act.
- Drafting of reply letter against various notices and show cause/warning letter for employees.
- Preparation of statutory registers under various labour laws.
- Attending Labour Court on behalf of company.
- Statutory Payments on PF, ESIC, PT, LWF
- Preparation and Filing of Annual/Half yearly/quarterly Returns under various Labour Laws.
- Drafting replies to various government authorities in respect of representations by unions
- Comprehensive understanding and experience of having dealt with intricate disciplinary matters, from the point of initiation to their culmination, for both workmen employees and officers.
Skills : Labour law, Factory Acts, IR, Collective Bargaining etc
Education : MSW/LLB
Years of Experience : 15-20 Years in hard core IR
- Telugu Speak & write must
- Plant Employee Size 800 (Include 250 Contract Labors)
