Job Description

- Experience in handling Indirect Taxation laws i.e. Central Excise, Service Tax & Customs laws and litigation's on such laws.

Key requirements are:

- Good drafting skill.

- Clear understanding of Central Excise, Service Tax & Customs law.

- Reasonable exposure in GST laws and amendments.

- Experience in handling litigation on Central Excise & Service Tax is desirable.
