Manager/Senior Manager - Indirect Tax - CA - Consulting Firm

Job Title/Designation : Manager/Sr Manager

Division / Team : Indirect Tax

No. of years of Experience : 5 to 8 years

Competencies/Requirements :

Technical Knowledge : VAT / Service Tax / Excise /Customs relevant working experience in Indirect tax (at least 2 areas i.e. Service tax / VAT / Central Excise and Customs) .

- Consulting and compliance indirect tax experience is needed; experience in dealing with indirect tax in accounting / ERP systems is desirable.

- Should be positive & analytical.

- Excellent research skills, coupled with strong written and verbal communication skills required

- Should have handled a team of around 3 to 5 people

- Ability to develop strong client relationships

- Multistate VAT/Entry tax compliance and advisory experience desired

Communication Skills : Good in English and Kannada

Other Skills : Drafting and replying the notices / appeal papers etc.

Job Responsibilities :

- Handle the client and manage the team.

Academic Qualification :

Chartered Accountant and should have worked in Big 4
