HRIT & HR OPS:

- Managing the Success Factor (SF) in terms of employee life cycle management.

- Providing the required support to the HRBP with respect to the SF issues and related queries.

- Organisation Structure management in SF.

- Identification and implementation of new tools, HR platform and upgradation required in SF or any other new HRIT platform. Provide end to end HRIT support.

- Recommend best practices, review, and update internal policies and practices to maintain organizational compliance.

MIS:


TO enable timely decision making to achieve the Business plan:

- Support the development of a people analytics vision, strategy, operating model, and roadmap.

- End-to-end analytics designing (Monthly MIS, HR Cockpit), and building people analytics dashboards, data visualizations and predictive models that highlight key insights.

- Collaborates with HRBPs to understand business needs and advise on data and analytics opportunities.

- Custodian of HR metrics and standard reports for ongoing requirements for BRSR, ESG, reporting.

PMS:

- Responsible for end-to-end Performance Management System.

- Coaching and guidance to the Managers on the overall process of appraisal, reviews, and feedbacks.

- Work closely with the HRBPs on the timely closure of Goal sheets and annual performance review process.

- Work on the improvement of the existing PMS and devise strategies for the implementation of any new system in PMS, based on the need.

- Designing and Implementation of Incentive schemes (Sales, Projects etc.)

OD:

- Serve as a strategic partner in driving organization change management and business optimization projects.

- Implement change management projects that improve HR processes, systems, structure, and culture. Monitor and measure the impact of interventions on staff performance, efficiency, employee retention, and job satisfaction. (Employee Engagement Surveys , GPTW etc.)

Minimum required skills:

Qualification - MBA in Human Resources

Experience - 10-13 years of experience

- Experience in managing special projects as COE expert.
