Job Description:
- Implement core HR deliverables for the region.
- Talent acquisition (capacity building).
- Develop the sourcing plan and deploy recruitment plan, ensuring 100% manpower capacity for all S&D functions Optimise source mix and hiring cost.
- Ensuring hiring within agreed TAT at FOS & Managerial levels.
- New joiner on-boarding & Talent development.
- New joiner on-boarding implementation; track & monitor deliverables improvise on the new joiner on-boarding experience.
- Ensure FOS induction for all new joiners.
- Maximise employee participation to Organisation wide L&D initiatives in consultation with business leaders.
- Employee engagement
- Understand the pulse of the Organisation through connect with employees & managers at the zone Plan, prepare and implement employee engagement calendar ensure each and every employee is touch based at least once in a quarter.
- Drive employees participation in key engagement events Strategy & Organisational design & Succession planning.

- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to get along with diverse personalities in a tactful, mature & flexible manner.
- Conflict management & ability to negotiate in difficult situations.

- High level of initiative and a preparedness to take ownership of allocated responsibilities are vital pre-requisites for this role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer/ client orientation focus, with an ability to apply both a logical and intuitive approach to problem solving; provide solution enabling options which are cost beneficial and meet customers needs.
