Key Objective of the Job:
1. Establishment of HR processes & systems primarily related to Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement for Rajasthan Circle,
2. Have to handle 600+ on roll employees and 85+ Branches for entire Rajasthan Circle,
3. 70% will be into Talent Acquisition and 30% into Generalist Role,
4. Roll out the HR initiatives in the state and reports to Zonal HR - WEST,
10. Active participation in the roll out of Performance Management System
11. Policy bench marking
12. HR Operations like employee background check, exit interview, query handling, attrition analysis.
13. It is initially no team handling roll, team will be provided after a year.
Educational Qualification:
MBA - HR from a reputed B School
Sector: Preferably Banking/Insurance/Finance Sector.
