Qualification : PG / MBA - HR Deliverable : - Partner with Key functions in corporate for the end to end HR solutions - Collaborate on annual business plan/ budgets / manpower planning - Take care of implementation of PMS and facilitate roll out - Complete responsibility of - Employee Engagement : Design employee engagement programs and roll out across the organization - Coordinate Talent acquisition and management - Talent Pool management : Program management of trainees - Work out people strategy for the zone and derive new organization design for better governance. - Develop and ensure smooth functioning of all HR processes like leave, payroll, benefits and employee database management, etc. - To develop and implement HR policies for attracting and retaining the best talent. - Design and implement initiatives to improve effectiveness of employee communication and branding. - To roll out initiatives to build a positive brand image in job market.
