Role Title : Manager/Senior Manager - Human Resources
Role Summary :
- Deliver all key HR processes for the 200 employees with a strong focus on business priorities. Manage the Function with passion and energy to build cutting edge HR processes, develop talent and improve retention.
- The role carries a mandate to build up a dual functional credibility for Product and Services,institute a Performance Management System that works and implement and ingrain it into the organization DNA, design and drive development plan across three career ladders.
Job Responsibilities :
a) Functional ownership :
- Own the design and delivery of all key HR processes
- Calendar all key milestones for the year in discussion with senior leadership and roll out the same with appropriate communication and hand-holding
- Design process in tune with the culture, ethos and business setting
b) Talent acquisition and employer branding :
c) Specific Initiatives around performance management, Learning & development programs, Career Development initiatives etc.

Education and Experience :
- 12-14 years of Total experience in HR, at least 4-5 years of experience of handling HR systems and processes for a Business Unit.
