Manager/Senior Manager - Human Resource - Cement Manufacturing

Hiring Manager/Sr.Manager - HR for a Leading Cement Manufacturing company, He will be responsible for corporate HR role, should also have experience in coordination and driving Chairman's People Management Award (like CII HR Excellence Awards), position is based out of Delhi NCR

Experience : 12 + years

Qualification : MBA

Job Responsibility :

- Encompassing recruitment, selection and induction, online performance management system with HR facilitation (twice in a year), Talent Management System, Employee Engagement Activities as calendarized, Suggestions Schemes, Centralized Training need identification, analysis and preparation of training calendar with budgets for HO and Marketing & Sales team (M&S for all zones/All India), etc.

- Well versed with Assessment Centre and Formulation of Individual Development Plan

- Ensure effective processing of third party payroll and outsourced sales personnel.

- Ensure effective management of HR SAP system, updations, etc.

- Compilation, coordination and driving Chairman's People Management Award (like CII HR Excellence Awards) and if shortlisted then participate actively in external audit

- Submission of entry and preparation of all documents and presentation for reputed external awards like Great Place to Work, ISTD National Award for Training, Star News HR Excellence Award, etc.

- Preparation of various corporate and other presentations on HR

- Exit interviews, full and final settlement systems, etc.

- Formulation of Individual Development Plans and review as per system

- Ensure up to date HRIS

- Management of discipline

- Assisting VP (HR) in various day-to-day HR activities as per requirements.

- Any other task/assignment as given from time to time

- Exposure to Best HR Practices and Award systems is must.
