MBA - HR (full time) with minimum 12 years experience in HR/ IR.
Must have excellent academic record.
Job :
- Entire responsibility of plant - HR, IR and Admin
- Policy formulation and implementation
- Responsibility for Training & Development process
- Team Management
- Forecasting, Planning and monitoring budgets for all HR activities
- Development and administration of PMS.
- Maintenance of amicable industrial relations among management and workers
- Interfacing with the statutory & regulatory bodies.
