Job Title: SM / CM - HR Transformation (Senior/Change Manager)

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Senior/Change Manager for HR Transformation will play a pivotal role in leading the techno-functional consulting and ERP implementation for HR projects. This role involves working closely with project work stream leads to ensure the successful execution of the HR Transformation program.

Program Planning and Execution:

- Plan and execute the HR Transformation program, breaking it down into achievable projects.

- Implement technology solutions to support all HR functions, driving productivity and enhancing employee experience.

Process and Policy Alignment:

- Align HR processes and policies from an automation and technology perspective.

- Streamline processes, reduce turnaround time, increase cost efficiency, and enhance overall team productivity and experience.

HR Technology Projects:

- Plan and execute HR technology projects, including business case development, status updates, requirements gathering, test planning, execution, deployment, and post-deployment support.

Collaboration with Business & IT:

- Work closely with Business and IT teams to deliver and enhance HR tools for the business.

- Design and execute the entire Employee and HR Lifecycle from a technology, innovation, and digital transformation perspective.

Project Roadmap and Release Plans:

- Design, plan, and execute HR Project Roadmap and release plans.

- Drive and report on the HR change portfolio, managing impacts, risks, milestones, and stakeholder management.

Interlock and Program Delivery:

- Manage interlock across program workstreams to deliver the implementation approach and plan.

- Ensure deployment plans align with wider activities and dependencies outside of program delivery.

HRMS Implementation and Maintenance:

- Responsible for implementation, maintenance, and providing inputs to the HRMS team to meet automation and analytical requirements.

HR Technology Roadmap:

- Provide the HR technology roadmap based on industry and market benchmarking standards.

Project Management Practices:

- Apply project management practices to HR, ensuring the success of the program.

- Work closely with project work stream leads to meet project objectives.

Desired Profile:

Education and Experience:

- Graduate/Postgraduate with a minimum of 8 years of experience/exposure in HR Project Management.

- Project-based certifications supporting the role (Scrum Master, Agile, etc.) preferred.

Techno-functional Consulting:

- Demonstrate excellence in techno-functional consulting and ERP implementation.

Technology and Digital Proficiency:

- Technology and digital savvy with a clear understanding of new-age technologies, especially in HR.

Design Thinking and Agile Practices:

- Experience in design thinking, employee experience journey mapping, PRDs, Scrum/Kanban/Scrumban, running Agile rituals and practices, Gantt charts, UVTs, and UATs.

Digital Transformation Initiatives:

- Proven ability to support the design and implementation of large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
