Job Opening for Manager/Sr. Manager :
- HR Policy & Compensation with NBFC Company
- Co-ordinate with Finance team to ensure that HR and finance are linked on key data and processes, cost impact of pay budgets, data integrity.
- Implement and manage compensation analysis and other compensation issues, payroll activities for Single point of contact for Employee Benefits
- Drive the Annual Compensation Review cycle.
- Performance Management system
- Allocate work of incentive calculations, query solving, MIS updates, etc. to the team
- Handled Salary Survey, Compensation design & analysis
- HR Analytics & Operations Prepare Head Count/Segmental Compensation Reports for the management.
