Position Summary
To work as a center of excellence for overall HR operations and Talent Acquisition for Pune and to ensure compliance and adherence to people processes and policies.
Accountabilities
- Tracking of manpower Movement for all SBU- s
- Administrating Manpower Budgeting and working closely with Functional/SBU heads
- Placing proper Recruitment Plan in place and ensuring to maintain proper lead time and compensation fit
- Hiring of talent as per company / job requirement through proper assessment at the time of hiring and ensuring adherence to selection process in discussion with Functional/SBU heads
- Conducting Psychometric assessment to ensure best fit and working closely with hiring managers
- Onboarding of new joinees and ensuring assimilation to the workplace
- Handling of Performance Management System and closely working with Functional/SBU heads and assisting location HR head in the process
- Handling compensation & benefit of LRP at par with market
- Supervision to all HR operations related to People Process and Policies
- Providing support to all HR activities in terms of maintain employee data base
- Handling auditors and answering queries in terms all statutory compliances and functional processes
The profile would have Recruitment, PMS, Manpower planning, budgeting, work-flow, SAP etc. responsibilities. 2 execs from recruitments, one from SAP report to him, with a couple of temps.
Additional responsibilities like the KAVACH HR representative etc is also to be taken care of by this profile.
A lot of interaction/interface with the Sr mgmt. is part of this profile so needs to have very good communication/influencing skills.
Major Challenges
- Able to manage volume of work and balancing priorities of the different SBU's spread across the units
- Ensuring alignment of immediate business strategies, policies and practices with the overall activities of the function

This role provides the organization with HR functional expertise in the critical areas of HR processes and Policies and talent acquisition. The role ensures that the business strategy and HR strategy is developed with a full understanding of local business context.
