Manager/Senior Manager - HR Operations - NBFC

Our Client is a leading NBFC in Mumbai.

We are looking for a Manager/ Senior Manager HR operations role . Below mentioned are the specifications:

- Manage HR Operations Team centrally as well as across regions (All Employee lifecycle activities from Onboarding to Exit)

- Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current Labor laws.

- Participate in salary and labour market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits.

- Quantitative Computations during Appraisal cycle.

- Payroll Processing & management

- Calculation of Variable Pay Data Company Wide

- Company-wide Talent Analytics

- Preparation and circulation of various Employee related dashboards for relevant stakeholders

- Custodian of all Employee Data

- Oversee Employee Benefits including ESIC
