- Accountable for HR Operations of includes Payroll, Exit Process, HR Contact Centre, MIS, HRIS database, HR Documents Management,

- Experience in HR Risk reporting related to HR Operations

- Involved in HR Audits on Performance Rewards Benefits

- Involve in design, development and implementation of change in HR Policies.

- involved in HR Policy administration

- Involved in employee's Health Insurance both Inpatient and Outpatient Health care (end to end Benefits Administration)

- Support HR Projects from PRB perspective. Lead Projects on PRB products and Employee experience enhancement

- Responsible for HR Operations of Payroll, Exit Process, HR Contact Centre, MIS, HRIS database, HR Documents Management, etc.,

- Proactive management of employee complaints related to Delivery matters, including investigation and follow through to resolution and feedback to the employees. Initiate steps to identify the root cause of such issues and to address these issues
