- MBA with 6-12 years of experience

- The person will be responsible for managing end to end HR for a set of 1000 OUTSOURCED employees !!

- Managing Off- roll staff and driving cost control and efficiency

HR Generalist Affairs : Human Resource Planning - Recruitment & Selection & Induction

HR Policies & Procedures : Training & Development - Performance Appraisal

Disciplinary Procedures : Payroll & wages Administration - Employee Relation

IR & Statutory Compliance & Liaisons (PF, ESI, Labour Department, Apprenticeship Board)
