The role will involve conducting internal audits, participating in external customer audits, and managing statutory compliance measures within the organization from HR standpoint. You will collaborate closely with Legal teams, Finance, Security & Compliance teams to ensure all HR processes align with requirements and industry best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute audit plans to evaluate HR processes, policies, and practices internally.
- Assess compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines and act as owner of the global compliance tool.
- Identify areas of improvement and recommend corrective actions to enhance compliance efficiency.
- Provide necessary documentation and support during external audits.
- Address any findings or concerns raised by external auditors and implement necessary corrective actions.
- Stay updated on local, national, and international HR-related laws, regulations, and standards.
- Ensure the organization's HR practices align with statutory requirements and legal obligations.
- Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting findings, recommendations and compliance status.
Requirements:
- MBA in Human Resources /Law.
- Proven experience ( 8+ years) in HR compliance, internal/external auditing, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Certification in HR auditing or compliance (desired).
