Qualification : Must be a full time MBA (HR) from a recognized university

Should be open to travel and flexible with relocation.

Key Role :

- Talent Acquisition & Management through sourcing, offer generation to on-boarding, induction of new employees at the state & ensure team alignment of organizational initiatives at various levels through partnering critical dialogues, branch level visits & employee engagement drives.

- HR delivery & HR Initiatives (HRBP) accountable through appropriate sourcing mix, monitoring the manpower budgeting as well as work force planning of positions across geography & channels in association with online portal, vendors & consultant tie ups. Control attrition through various initiatives at branch level, partnering critical dialogues & various stay interviews & act as grievance handling SPOC. Implementation of organizational initiatives through Goal setting exercise.

- Employee Engagement by ensuring that each branch contributes to the engagement & development activity. Implementation of R&R initiatives, Statutory HR compliance (HRIS, EIS, LMS), employee Performance Management (PMS)..

- HR operations implementation of through smooth & seamless delivery of core HR activities. Ensure smooth and uniform delivery of HR ops issues pertaining to joining, compensation, exits across branches, and verticals.

- Employee Relation (ER) by ensuring that all supervisory managers are taken through preventive Employee Relation (ER) presentation and ensure all alert and people related cases are investigated thoroughly and actions taken with defined timeline.
