Our client is a growing tech start-up based in Mumbai.
Job Responsibilities:
- Build strong HR strategies with leadership.
- Work in close partnership with line managers and provide HR guidance as required.
- Solve employee grievances and address employee relations issues.
- Work towards employee engagement and building morale and productivity.
- Liaise with teams on providing HR policy guidance.
- Identify training needs within the teams and evaluate suitable training programs.
Preferred Candidate:
- MBA in HR from Tier 1 institutions.
- 3-8 years of relevant HR work experience.
- Good understanding of the HR function.
- Strong problem solving and analytical abilities.
- Comfortable working in an unstructured and ambiguous environment.
