Manager/ Sr Manager - HRBP-Sales HR - FMCG/FMCD
Areas of Responsibility Description of responsibility :
1. Talent Acquisition : Talent Acquisition for all frontline Sales Field Force pan India.
2. Vendor Empanelment : Tying up with National Vendors to develop outsourced salesforce (3P), so essentially, responsible for hiring and manpower planning for sales
3. Engagement : Driving engagement for sales force
4. Performance Management : Execution for Sales Force Managing PMS execution for sales force
5. Sales Capability Building Working with Sales Development Manager to identify capability gaps and identify training requirements / needs and coordinate to ensure gaps are minimized
6. Statutory Compliance Ensuring all compliance requirements are met of on roll and 3P vendors with the laws of the land.
7. Strategic Projects Providing support in implementing GTM Strategy
