Talent Acquisition Business Partner Role :

- Oversee the full-cycle process of recruiting for all professionals to include candidate marketing, sourcing, recruiting, interviewing and selecting

- Pro-actively manages requisitions within the group

- Develops and maintains effective partnerships internally with the leadership team within the group

- Develop salary recommendations

- Manage the internal applicant process the employee referral process to ensure a consistent and positive experience for all parties

- Be a single point of contact for managers/employees in all HR-related topics

- Lead the Talent Acquisition & Communication Team to meet business needs and stand out on the market as an employer of choice
