Experience : 2 - 8 years in Human Resources (excluding Talent Acquisition)
Responsibilities:
People Management:
- Effectively manage and lead a diverse team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work culture.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, motivation, and satisfaction.
Grievance Resolution:
- Handle employee grievances with empathy and efficiency, ensuring a positive resolution for all parties involved.
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels to address and resolve concerns promptly.
Policy Management:
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of HR policies and ensure their consistent and fair implementation.
- Collaborate with leadership to review and update policies in line with evolving organizational needs and industry standards.
Employee Lifecycle Management:
- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all employees.
- Implement best practices for talent retention, career development, and succession planning.
