Manager/Senior Manager - HR Business Partner - BPO/KPO

Reporting to- AVP HR

Experience- 6-9 Years

Location- Delhi (Badarpur)

Roles and Responsibility

- Partner closely with Business Leaders to advise them on Talent Strategies for their respective Business Units

- Work closely with corporate functions to customize and roll-out policies and practices at site

- Enable continuous learning and development of talent. Continuously upskilling the workforce capabilities specific to each business unit by focusing on skill gaps, new technologies, and business priorities

- Bringing in industry best practices and be responsible to introduce new-age talent practices to the company

Responsible for 250-400 employees, reporting to AVP HR

Experience :

The ideal candidate should have 6 - 9 years of relevant experience operating as an HR Business Partner after a full-time HR Post-Graduate course

Skills :

- Broad HR Knowledge with experience in applications of HR principles to MNC settings

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills - customer service orientation

- Proven in excellent delivery -passionate with a high drive and closure orientation

- Outgoing personality high on learning mindset & comfortable with ambiguity
