Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with the business leaders to define talent priorities and drive short-term & long-term plans to achieve them.
- Increasing workforce capability, improving organizational structure and culture, providing change leadership, talent management, and supporting day-to- day operations as well as on-going process improvement.
- Implement new policies, procedures, and programs in support of Business.
- Identify trends and recommend solutions to improve employee experience, engagement, performance, and retention strategies.
- Employee Lifecycle: Managing end-to-end employee lifecycle from Onboarding to Exit.
- Talent Management/Talent Development
- Performance Management System / KPAs / Goal Setting
- Working closely with CoE on all discussions with stakeholders
- Employee Engagement
- Grievance Handling /Conduct people surveys
