Manager/Senior Manager - HR Business Partner - BFSI

Looking for an Sr Manager/ Manager - HRBP for a MNC captive client to be based out of Bangalore/ Mumbai .

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as a strategic & trusted HR business partner to the internal stakeholders

- Drive talent and performance management in the organisation

- Provide day-to-day employee relations and performance counseling to managers and department employees

- Manage the employee relations activities according to established guidelines, sound administrative practices and complaint resolutions strategies.

- Assist in developing HR policies

Ideal candidates should have 8 - 12 years experience in HR preferably from HR Business Partner background.
