- Partners with Business to align HR strategy to business strategy.
- Drive employee productivity, workforce planning and budgeting .
- Drive meritocracy through effective performance management and reward decisions.
- Drive talent vitality through learning & development , career and succession planning.
- Work closely with line managers and stakeholders to improve work environment and employee engagement.
- Provide day-to-day guidance to employees and line managers (e.g., coaching, counseling, HR policies, disciplinary actions).
