HR Analytics- Manager/Senior Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain HR analytics frameworks, encompassing reports and dashboards, to monitor various business and HR metrics such as recruitment, retention, engagement, performance, and their impact on business outcomes.

2. Collaborate with stakeholders to discern data needs and requirements, translating them into analytics solutions that address business challenges and opportunities.

3. Gather, sanitize, and analyze HR data from diverse sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy throughout the process.

4. Conduct statistical analyses and predictive modeling to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in HR data, offering insights to guide strategic decision-making.

5. Analyze survey findings to pinpoint engagement drivers and areas for enhancement.

6. Generate visually engaging data visualizations, reports, and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations effectively.

7. Keep abreast of emerging trends and best practices in HR analytics, proactively suggesting innovative approaches to bolster our analytics capabilities.

8. Provide support for ad-hoc analytical requests and special projects, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.

- Proven experience of at least 5 years in HR analytics, preferably in a dynamic corporate setting.

- Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools such as Excel.

- Experience in data visualization and the creation of interactive Excel dashboards and reports.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.

- Would prefer 1 year of startup experience
