Currently they are looking for a Manager/Sr Manager to be based at their HO at Sohna Road, Gurugram to be responsible for HR ANALYTICS for their pan India employees in sales &amp; ops. Reporting to the next to Head HR. Please find the roles &amp; responsibilities below :&nbsp; 1. Design and implementation of HR programs for the field team across all the regions in the areas including but not limited to Employee Experience, Attrition Control, R&amp;R, Talent Management 2. Design, maintain and publish people analytics dashboards for all the regions to the RHs and the CHRO/CEO on a monthly basis 3. Track and monitor people and HR costs on a weekly basis and work with Regional HR Heads to course correct wherever necessary 4. Work with the central employee experience team and other COEs to customize the processes for the field teams and be the guardian of all the processes.
