Location : Gurgaon
Reporting to : Director / Sr Director
Responsibilities:
- Development of data visualizations using different technological platforms like Tableau and PowerBI
- Work on rata related automation initiatives to drive efficiency and productivity
- Conduct data analysis with ability to translate into actionable insights
- Identify and track key metrics and help HR Leaders to focus their initiatives by highlighting pain areas
- Support Leadership team in formulating AOP and HR Strategy
- Manage multiple projects with different stakeholders that require cross-functional inputs.
- Manages HR metrics and data from multiple sources like existing dashboards, employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, competitors practices etc..
- Analyzes data and statistics for trends related to attrition, recruitment/hiring, employee movement, staffing, budgeting, talent engagement, retention, manpower planning
- Prepare analysis of data, presenting and explaining the findings to leadership with insights
- Building automated dashboards as per business needs, Automation for Talent Monitor reports
Key Tech Skills : Advance Excel, Macros, Power BI, Tableau, SQL
Note : Candidate should be Flexible to work on alternate Saturday
