Manager/SM - HR Advisory - Financial Sector Gurgaon/Bangalore)and (Non Financial Mumbai)

Location- Gurgaon/Bangalore/Mumbai.

- We are looking for people experience in Banking, Capital Market, Financial service captive, NBFC, Fintech, AMCs and PE for Gurgaon and Bangalore.

- For Mumbai location we are looking for across sector.

- Incumbent should be preferably from 2008-2012 batch. Flexible.

- Incumbent should have good interpersonal skills with strong domain knowledge

- He/She would be the single POC in North India/ South India to network within the firm (internal partners) and drive projects.

- 60% BD and 30-40% working on delivery and building the team

- Incumbent would be working directly with the Partner (s) and Directors in Mumbai for the FS people advisory practice

- FS projects would include any people advisory work for banking and capital markets or insurance companies, financial services captives, NBFCs, FinTech, AMCs and PEs.

- Incumbent should have prior experience in projects like HR transformations, design of HR systems, change management, culture, HR analytics, automating HR processes, HR due diligence, design of HR systems - performance managements, digitisation of learning, leadership development and competency assessments etc in the financial sector.

- This is a team leadership role. The incumbent would be leading a team after month one or two. Gradually, they would hire their own team as the business grows.

- Incumbent can be from Line HR (FS background) not necessarily consulting, provided the person has worked in a complex FS setup and has done challenging projects
