- Acquisition of new clients/HNIs and managing relationship with HNI clients to invest in properties

- Manage and develop relationships with new and existing customers.

- Providing need based solutions to the corporate customer.

- Responsible for acquisition of new relationships

- Generating new sales leads through referrals from existing clients

- Increasing penetration of the existing solutions and exploring new business opportunities.

- Liaise with operations team to ensure smooth and effective services and resolve any service escalation.

- Should have a strong network of Agents/Brokers and Client list for Direct Sales

- Preferably from a sales background, however, others from hospitality, banking are welcome as long as they have a good network of people

- Good command in the spoken language

- Willing to work under pressure to achieve maximum results in terms of sales

- Maintain and grow the healthy pipeline of the accounts to ensure consistency of business
