- Should have excellent Domain exposure in Healthcare operations and solutions

- Should have Experience in Consulting and solutions

- Should have strong understanding of process quality and its techniques

- Good communication skills

- Flexibility

Essential role:

- Should have complete E2E understanding of Healthcare process

- Contribution towards process improvements at the project level / Organization

- Should have strong knowledge on Business Processes

- Strong functional understanding of either Insurance or Healthcare domain

- Ability to think strategically and translate strategy into action plans

- Strong analytical skills with an ability to understand clients challenges and provide innovative solution in line with organization strength

- Aptitude for understanding technology, Functional understanding of Workflow, Reporting, DMS, OCR/ICR preferred.

- Exposure to quality methodologies like Six sigma preferred

- Ability to work and communicate with people across organizational units

- Good Communication skills

- Good interpersonal skills with excellent collaboration capabilities.

- Independent decision making.
