Job Description :

Responsibilities:

- Handling the entire offline and online trade - including negotiations with trade, new store activation, product launching, promotion, brand visibility, distribution management

- Ensuring brand activation

- Developing middle level trade channel operators ( distributors, agents, etc.) in the target cities, negotiating and working out route planning, sales visits / beats, as well as understanding and setting up a direct to consumer channel

- Setting up a sales team, training and setting up targets with a responsibility for monitoring performance and ensuring targets are met

- Developing sampling and instore activation, to ensure trial and sales

- Working with network planning and D&L to set up a DTH route to consumers

Qualification : mba marketing from premier institute in India

Working Days : 5 Days a Week (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)

Job Nature : Full Time

Salary Offered : 25-35 LPA
