HR Operations Head (West)

Retail organization - Mumbai

Designation: Manager / Sr. Manager Regional HR

10 - 12 years of experience

Responsibilities entail :

- Strong HR Operations background

- Hands-on Compliance exposure

- Ensure effective cascading of HR policies & practices across the organization

- Driving Structured Inductions and mentoring programs for new joiners

- Manpower productivity monitoring, sourcing and managing the onboarding process

- Develop and run employee engagement activities across assigned businesses

- Partner with line to create and implement capacity building initiatives

- Managing Reviews (Fortnightly or monthly)

- Drive training initiatives, both Technical and Behavioural

- Ensuring adherence to Turn Around Times (TAT) on all HR services matters in sync

- Facilitate and address employee concerns around performance and compensation & benefits

Additional

- Travel 25% - 2/3 stores each week; visit all regions in a years span - quarterly visits

- Industry: Retail or any other industry, however, should be very strong in HR operations
