Job Description :

- 10 to 17 years of IT experience along with Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Primary Responsibilities :

- Should have experience in handling and executing SCRUM AGILE projects

- Responsible for Leading and managing a professional team in delivering quality output within the given schedule and budget.

- Managing day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of the program including the following:

- Defining and documenting the requirements / User-stories at both system and user levels to ensure desired business outcomes are achieved.

- Verify that the technical and functional requirements meet the objectives and expected results are identified.

- Review and validate the requirements based on scope of the project, redundancy and feasibility.

- Prioritize the requirements based on client expectations and resource availability.

- To lead the distributed teams (onshore and offshore) for one or more digital development, mobility projects

- Conduct workshops and knowledge transfer sessions with the client's functional team.

- Work with the Engagement and Client teams in defining systems and project priorities, scope assessment, approach, resource requirements, timing and prioritizing deliverables.

- Identifying the right resources for executing the project deliverables.

- Ensuring that the project requirements and project design approach meet the client standards and the recommended practices.

- Reviewing and validating the completeness and applicability of the client requirements and to map and tailor them to the delivery management processes.

- Supporting team members in organizing meeting with engagement / client in resolving doubts & issues with respect to deliverables.

- Conducting software quality reviews of developed software modules.

- Participating in the design of application work packages to meet the client business needs.

- Monitoring the overall project and providing weekly written and oral status reports and regular updates to the teams and also providing to plan information.

- Presenting project progress by conducting senior management reviews on monthly basis.

- Prepare and monitor staff training, quality assurance, risk management and productivity.

- Contribute to organization performance management by identifying reuse artifacts during the course of the project.

- Improve customer relations by way of effective communication, managing expectation and meeting commitments.

- Plan and execute necessary knowledge transfer, document and share the lessons learned and do necessary asset return and other project closure activities consistent with PwC SDC Project Closure procedures.

- Ensure that the development process adheres to PwC Delivery Methodologies and client standards.

- Personally assist to develop and/or direct others, as appropriate, in software development activities (Build) and testing (unit testing) consistent with PwC's Work Package Management Lifecycle process and PwC's Software Quality Review standards based on CMMI certification standards.

Good to have :

- CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or PMP (Project Management Professional) Certified

- Identifying current and future competency needs of the group

- Implementing CMMi Level 5 processes
