About the Role
Brand Razorpay today is top of mind for any Small & Medium business in India looking for payment solutions. We have had an exciting journey till now and we want to keep pushing our efficiency of acquisition and providing a continuously better experience to the businesses we service. We are looking for a seasoned Growth Marketeer to drive our growth marketing agenda forward. In this role, you would be responsible for owning the customer lifecycle, including retention and revival of merchants. You would also be responsible for running experiments and establishing new channels of acquisition. You would also be responsible for driving cross sells and upsells across different products to increase the products per customer.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Conversion rate Optimisation (CRO) for the entire merchant funnel, from landing page visitors to signups, through onboarding, engagement, and referrals.
Own the metrics of retention of existing business and revival of churned merchants through data driven interventions across their lifecycle
Taking care of all merchant lifecycle communication to optimize our funnels via emails, sms, push notifications and more.
Strategize, design, plan and implement growth experiments, from generating ideas to analysis of experiment results.
Collaborate and drive automated cross-sell campaigns across the different products of Razorpay to increase the products per customer.
Experiment with marketing automation tools and create viral loops
Stay up to date with the latest changes and trends in digital marketing and UI/UX
Aligning the different stakeholders across products on a single page about Growth.
Minimum requirements :
6-10 years of relevant marketing experience
At least 3 years of managerial experience in Growth marketing.
Proven track record of increasing user acquisition, engagement and retention and meeting/exceeding revenue and profitability goals.
A self starter, who loves to take on hard problems and has high affinity to collaborate
Should have excellent people skills and ability to perform in a dynamic, startup environment
Experience with analytics and event tracking tools (Mixpanel, Google Analytics)
Experience with marketing automation tools or CRMs preferred. Expertise with A/B and multivariate experiments
