Manager / Sr. Manager - Growth Initiatives

Position Purpose:

The role is responsible for providing key support and expertise on all aspects of strategic investments from inception to business evaluation, due diligence, valuation, structuring, testing business assumptions, developing financial models, performing detailed financial analysis, evaluating risks & opportunities and business case presentations. The candidate will be a member of the CFO's Team, tasked with identifying, assessing, implementing, and overseeing growth projects aligned with the company's long-term strategy.

Qualification: - Chemical Engineer & MBA (Finance)

Key Responsibilities:

Growth Initiatives:

- Work in growth office and engage with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for business expansion within core operations as well as adjacent areas

- Support in performing due diligence and financial assessments for CAPEX projects to evaluate their viability and potential return on investment for different growth initiatives

- Create business justifications by gathering data through individual consultations with pertinent stakeholders, secondary market research, and analysis of industry reports

- Explore and evaluate potential partnerships, collaborations, and business alliances to enhance growth prospects

- Help in evaluating potential risks and challenges associated with growth initiatives and develop mitigation strategies

- Support in overseeing strategic growth projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution and achievement of objectives

- Report on project performance to ensure leadership is well-informed about the progress.

Environmental, social and governance (ESG) Reporting:

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive companywide ESG initiatives

- Tracking progress on key ESG matrices & management reporting

- Anchor Integrated Reporting efforts

Skills required:

- Research and analytical skills

- Project Management skills

- Financial modelling and business valuations

- Annual Reports/ ESG reporting

- Power BI
