A Top Business house having interests in Renewable, Chemicals, Textiles, Non ferrous metals, Financial Services &amp; Telecom is hiring for a Procurement Professional Reports to - Team Lead, CFG Job Purpose : Support the Group Procurement function to achieve price and value synergies among groups businesses. The role holder provides procurement and analytical expertise, including research, cost modelling and analytical support services to inform procurement decision-making and strategy. Key accountabilities : - Collecting spend data of Group MOU items from Businesses on a periodical basis and carrying out spend analysis. - Prepare RFQ - Obtain vendor quotations - Evaluate vendors based on qualitative and quantitative aspects - Undertake research, cost modelling and analysis of supply markets to identify opportunities and inform sourcing strategies - Prepare reports on each vendor, product and service. - Organize and lead vendor negotiations for MRO and IT. Support discussion for Fuel and One ABG areas. - Prepare relevant notes, rate contracts and other documentation to support the vendor negotiation process. - Populate and maintain complex databases to analyze and interpret supplier and organizational information for procurement planning and decision making. - Apply risk management and compliance checks when researching and analyzing supply markets to identify potential risks and trigger risk mitigation and management responses. - Lead Digitization of current processes - Maintain administrative tasks including contract renewal calendar Skills/Qualification : - B. Tech./B.E. in Engineering. MBA from good B school will be an added advantage. - 5 to 15 years of relevant experience - Negotiation Skills - Analytical skills, - Good verbal and written communication skills, - Ability to build a rapport with internal and external customers, vendors and stakeholders, - Command in Excel and Power Point.
