Location : Delhi (Central)

Salary : INR 12 to 16 LPA.

About the Client :

- Our client is registered with RBI as a Non-Deposit taking Systemically Important Non-Banking Finance Company having external rating A Stable from CARE.

- They offer a wide bouquet of loan products i.e., SME Financing, Loan against Property, Unsecured Business Loan, Gold Loan, Personal Loan, Receivable Financing, Medical Equipment Finance and IPO finance etc. to meet the growing credit requirements.

Purpose :

- The individual will be responsible to manage the operation's function of Gold Loan Business and oversee the activities across functions in both operations and regulatory compliances.

- The position will be responsible for implementing the operational process in Gold Loan Product.

Job Description :

- Managing Gold Loan Operations of every customer for availing new gold Loan, renewal of existing gold Loan, Gold Loan Closure (complete / Partial).

- Ensure GL processing happened within specified TAT

- Sealing articles, Vaulting, filing required while processing Gold Loan

- Mandatory central reporting / updating of GL

- Handling day to day queries / inquiries on Gold Loan

- Responsible for complete audit parameters associated with Gold Loan during Internal/ External Audit

- Ensure smooth functioning of Gold Loan.

- Ensure all regulatory / compliance norms set by the regulator / Bank are followed

- Track business productivity and sales efforts of Gold Loan

- Report Staff wise Gold Loan Business performance to Seniors and handle Exception management.

Skills Required :

- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience of gold loan business operations, ideally from traditional gold loan\business.

- Sound knowledge of Gold Loan Infrastructure and Vault Management.

- Expert in process set up and operations of Gold Loan Business.

- Ability to engage with customers, cross- functional departments and dealers/agencies.
