Role: Lead - GTM Mass Retail
Grade : Manager / Sr. Manager
Base Location: Chennai (Tamil Nadu)
Qualification - PGDM/MBA from Tier 1 colleges/Tier 2 colleges
Work Experience :
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Telecom Sales/Marketing
- Knowledge on basic SQL is enough
Purpose of the Job:
- To manage existing customers build and execute plans to increase ARPU, reduce churn across all business lines of Prepaid, Postpaid, Broadband, DTH and payments Bank
Key Deliverables:
- Right product offering and visibility to all segments of Airtel prepaid customers
- Plan and deliver programs every month on ARPU growth and churn reduction across all business lines
- Consumer insights through tele calling, FGD, direct customer interaction to build growth strategy to increase ARPU/Reduce churn across all business lines
- Regular analysis to deaverage business performance to derive analytical insights of consumer behavior
- Competition product mapping and competition performance mapping
- Identify opportunities to scale up business and grow Revenue Market Share (RMS) faster than competition
- Cross functional working with Network & Customer Experience teams and build solutions to improve customer experience
- Build growth strategy for DTH and work with sales team in execution
- Build growth strategy for Airtel payments bank and work with sales team in execution
Skills Required
- Urge to continuously challenge status quo and come up with innovative solutions to solve for customer problems
- Analytical aptitude to understand customer behavior crunching large set of data
- Manipulate data using Microsoft Excel to arrive at Analytical insights
- Hands on knowledge of SQL to work with large quantum of consumer data is a must
- Ability to build a story in Microsoft Presentation and present to top management
