Manager/Senior Manager/General Manager - Business Development - Farm/OTR Vertical - Tyres

- Experience in OTR or Farm Tyres respectively ( Depending on the position )

- Sr. Manager to GM level

- Candidate with sales experience or Business Development experience and should be handling at least 2 regions (Example-North and East or East and West or South and North, etc)

- Please note for the BDM-Farm profile, exposure to the North region is a must

- The individual should be able to think strategically and make decisions and can give a presentation on the business development part in sales

- Increase the business through excellent selling skills and marketing skills

- Presentable Personality

- Development role for future, no direct reporting

- Dealer Development, market penetration, hand holding sales planning

- Experience in the Tyre industry is a must

- MBA would be preferred.
