1. Lead the individual fundraising vertical of the organization and be accountable for its annual fundraising targets for the organization.
2. Execute strategies for partnerships with HNI and Major Donors - domestic and international through events, digital platforms etc.
3. Execute strategic partnerships with Celebrities to endorse & / or donate.
4. Identify research opportunities, plan and engage new HNI leads, grow the pipeline of new prospects with proper data mining techniques with a view to securing five to six figure relationships.
5. Ensure innovative use of Campaigns, Events, IT and other innovative approaches strengthening organization's brand in India.
6. Plan field visits for prospective and existing HNI donors.
7. Execution of a sustainable and efficient HNI fund raising strategy for the organization.
8. Execution of all HNI events, activities and engagements.
9. Coordination with internal-external stakeholders to ensure deliverables are met for the events.
10. Researching, profiling existing HNI database and sourcing potential additions to database.
11. Ensuring creative engagements with HNIs to encourage connecting branding and giving.
12. All HNI Reporting (Gala Donors, Village donations and Giving circles).
13. Coordination with donors on all stewardship activities.
14. Creating HNI specific organization documents in collaboration with the communications team.
15. Managing data base on Salesforce
16. identify prospective donors manage existing database and maintain an active pipeline of prospective donors.
17. Acquiring new partnerships for funding and increase the organization's resources as per targets set.
18. Writing concept notes, proposals, budgets and reports.
19. Managing donors, providing regular MIS and reports, and building a strong relationship with them.
20. Attending conferences, CSR summits and relevant events for networking.
21. Research various tenders and grants being floated by organizations and coordinate submission of proposals.
