Manager/Senior Manager - Fund Raising - NBFC/Fintech

Role : Manager/Sr. Manager - Fund Raising

Location : Mumbai

- Managing process of fund raising from banks, and responsible for investments into various instruments likemutual funds, treasury bills, government securities, etc.

- Liaison with investors to raise funds through various mediums.

- Document all business financial transactions / Loan documentation.

- Managing daily cash flows and liquidity requirement of the company

- Monitoring economy, debt markets, Insurance companies and Corporates to enable the Treasury to make amore informed decision on funding.

- Daily monitoring of funding vs utilization.

- Handling various queries of Banks, Rating Agencies, auditors, and other investors

- Prepare reports for Treasury, company management and regulators.

- Preparation of Board presentation pertaining to the borrowings and investments of the company

- Preparing various types of MIS and information required by the lenders i.e., Banks / Mutual Funds / Institution for the borrowing

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

- 4-7 years of experience in NBFC/ Corporate Treasury.

- CA/ CFA/ MBA - Finance from reputed Institute

- Hands-on experience in Treasury and Asset Liability Management Systems

- Sound understanding of various NCD/Loan related RBI and SEBI regulations.

- Ability to contribute towards business growth and profit through achievements in finance management.

- Strong execution and implementation and communication skills, coupled with mainly tactical thinking skills.
