The area of responsibility will include Financial planning and Corporate taxation

Brief description of principal responsibilities :

- Conducting yearly planning exercise & managing budget approvals and spends

- Management Reporting of Monthly financials as per US gaap

- Department Review & liasioning with various stakeholders for monthly financial performance

- Adhoc projects with respect to valuation of entities in Asia Pacific

- In-charge of corporate Direct Taxation and Transfer Pricing,including filing requisite regulatory compliance's and closure of annual assessments.

- Managing internal and external reporting for planning vertical Leading ROI and other analysis for new projects/assignments

- CA /MBA 8-10 post qualification .

- Experience of Financial Planning and General Accounting - Total years - 8-10 experience

Location : Gurgaon
