Manager/Senior Manager - Financial Planning - Manufacturing Firm

Looking for Manager - Financial Planning, Location Delhi / Gurgaon.

- Responsible for Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly closing and reporting, which includes financial reporting, performance reviews and assessment against plan.

- Review the month performance reports and prepare synopsis of the group companies.

- Track companies on the monthly closing, provide support to achieve timely closing.

- Participate in monthly closing and reporting activities for operating expenses / fixed assets including tracking actuals versus plans, expense drivers & operating metrics.

- Prepare Board decks for OPEX and Earnings.

- Analysing financial and operational results on a monthly basis.

- Reviewing operations and recommending new productivity or cost-saving initiatives.

- Business Unit/Contribution/ Product/Margin/Cost Analysis, Analysis of annual reports and bring out meaningful insights.

- Consolidation of budgets, Forecasts for the group.

- Support in analyzing new project reports, vetting of capex proposal/Cost saving initiatives.

- Analyzing and reporting Key portfolio trends - includes - new a/c, Spends, Receivables.

- Preparing Assets quality, REBI RE walk, Gross Credit Loss & Net Credit Loss with respect Plan Vs/actual and variance analysis.

- Preparing Revenue composition and its trend analysis as well as Plan Vs Actual and variance analysis.

- Detailed analysis of Profit and Loss and Balance sheet statements and their plan Vs actual and Variance analysis.

- Partnering with other internal stakeholders/departments/functions/Business and seek their inputs and compiling all input and preparation of final deck and submission to BOARD for their review.

- The Individual would be part of the Corporate Finance Function responsible for financial analysis of group companies.
