Chartered Accountant with 10 to 12 Years experience
Experience in Shipping Company finance team will be an added advantage
Must have worked in corporate office of a mid to large size organisation
Job Description
1. To head the Accounts/Finance department
2. Responsible for Preparing Business plan and Monitoring Budget Activities and MIS (Monthly reporting Systems) along with Variance Analysis and preparation of projections
3. Manage day to day accounting activities and supervise the team
4. Review and analysis of GL Accounts, Vendor Accounts, Internal Control System.
5. Carryout multidisciplinary role, working closely with colleagues across a number of functions, including Commercial, Operations, Purchase, HR etc.,
6. Coordination of Internal Audit and Statutory Audit and Finalization of Accounts.
7. Monitoring of Funds and working capital on daily basis
8. Evaluation of investment proposals relating to ship acquisition and sale.
9. Ensuring strict adherence to LOA.
10. Strong financial forecasting and financial analytical skills
11. SAP experience is must.
