Position : Manager/Senior Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis

Reports to : CFO

Qualification : CA

You will be responsible for financial planning and analysis of the operations for one of the fastest growing FMCG brands. Working closely with the different cross-functional teams, your portfolio will include driving the internal operational planning, marketing activity planning and pricing decisions. You will manage financial business processes, investment analysis, budgeting/forecasting as well as operations and costing analysis.

Key Responsibilities :

- Consolidation of monthly MIS for FMCG Business

- Preparation and Consolidation of Long Term Plans, Annual Operating Plans, Monthly Rolling Forecasts

- In depth analysis of monthly MIS for businesses and raise red flags where required

- Preparation of Key monthly financial dashboards and provide meaningful analysis and inputs. 

- Track businesses KPI's and highlight deviations on a timely basis.

- Track competitors performance on a periodic basis and provide key highlights

- Drive automation projects across FP&A function

- To succeed in this FP&A Manager - FMCG role, you will need to have strong analytical skills and proven commercial finance experience.

Key Requirements :

- Two to five years' experience in FP&A or business support

- Finance and accounting knowledge

- Qualified CA.
